1.3 Payment Information
- Transaction details for token amount, package fees, and other payments
- Mode of payment (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.)
Note: We do not store or process sensitive payment instrument data such as card numbers or CVV.
1.4 Third-Party Course Purchases
If we recommend or require you to purchase external courses or certifications to strengthen your profile:
- Proof of completion
- Course receipts (if voluntarily shared by the student)
- Such payments are not part of the student package and are handled entirely by the student.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your information is used strictly for legitimate educational consultancy purposes, including:

- Evaluating your academic profile and preferences
- Preparing personalized shortlists based on budget, intake, and eligibility
2.2 Documentation
- Drafting SOPs, LORs, essays, resumes, and related documents
- Preparing application forms using the information you provide
- Sharing drafts for your review and approval
2.3 Application Processing
- Submitting applications to universities
- Communicating with universities on your behalf
- Tracking application status and notifying you
2.4 Visa & Post-Admission Services
- Providing visa guidance (as per package)
- Offering accommodation or travel-related support (as applicable)
2.5 Communication
- Sending updates regarding deadlines, documentation, payments, and application status
- Responding to queries (within 24–48 working hours)
3. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We share your information only when necessary and only with:
3.1 Universities & Institutions
- For submitting applications
- For scholarship consideration
- For communication regarding admission status
3.2 Visa & Government Authorities
Consulates, embassies, and visa centers during visa procedures

4. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Reviewing and approving all final documents before submission
- Meeting university and visa deadlines
- Ensuring timely payment of all fees
- Completing recommended third-party courses (if you choose to purchase them)
- The company is not liable for rejections or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
We maintain reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
This includes:
- Secure file storage
- Restricted internal access
- Confidential handling of documents
- Secure communication channels
However, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain:
- Application and documentation data for as long as necessary to complete the service
- Essential records for audit, compliance, and legal obligations
- Communication records for quality and dispute-resolution purposes
- You may request deletion of your data after the completion of services, subject to legal and operational requirements.
7. REFUND-RELATED DISCLOSURES
While processing refund requests, we may access:
- Payment records
- Student activity logs
- Work completion status
- Refunds follow the rules set in the Student Service Agreement:
- No refund once any documentation work begins for a university
- Full refund only if no work has started
- 10% operational cost deduction on eligible refunds
- Refunds processed within 7 working days
8. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request corrections
- Request deletion (post-completion of service and subject to legal requirements)
- Withdraw consent (after which service delivery may be affected)
- Request clarification on how your data is used
- Requests can be made via official company email.
9. USE BY MINORS
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years or older.
For students below 18, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.

11. USE OF OFFER LETTERS & PHOTOGRAPHS FOR TESTIMONIALS
- The company may use your offer letters, admission results, success updates, and photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to testimonials, Hall of Fame displays, social media posts, case studies, and marketing materials.
- This usage will always be done respectfully and without altering factual information.
- If you prefer not to have your achievements showcased, you may inform the company in writing, and your preference will be duly respected.
