Please read the Student Service Agreement carefully before enrolling with us

Last updated: December 2025

This Agreement is made between Dream Ladder Consultancy ("Company") and the Student/Client ("Student") enrolled with the company from the date of paying the token amount.

The process will begin only after the token amount has been paid.

1. UNIVERSITY SHORTLISTING

  • Shortlisting is based on the student's profile, academic background, intake targets, and budget.
  • Once the list is finalized and documentation begins, no changes can be made to a particular university option.
  • Additional universities may be added at ₹10,000 per university.
  • Scholarships depend on availability and merit; no guarantees.
  • Deadlines are the student's responsibility.
  • For PhD cases: Research Proposal forms a separate component of university requirements and is considered part of the first step (initial preparation), not the documentation step as it begins right after token is submitted.

2. DOCUMENTATION

  • All documents are prepared using information provided by the student.
  • The company is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or untrue information.
  • All documents are shared for review; the student must verify them.
  • The company is not liable for rejections due to insufficient profile, funds, or documentation.
  • Suggested certifications are optional and not funded or endorsed by the company.
  • Once documentation starts, university changes are not permitted.
  • The company may recommend or require the student to purchase certain courses, certifications, or training programs to strengthen the profile. Any payments for such courses, or any third-party payments, are not included in the student package and must be borne entirely by the student.

3. APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Applications begin only after full package payment.
  • Minimum 10 working days are needed per application after approval.
  • Services like visa assistance, accommodation guidance, etc., depend on the package chosen.
  • The company does not guarantee offer letters, visas, or scholarships.

4. PAYMENT & PROCESSING TERMS

  • Payments must be made on due dates.
  • Delays in payment pause the process regardless of deadlines.
  • Part-payment plans proceed only after each installment is cleared.
  • Queries take 24–48 hours to resolve.
  • Mentors for mentorship programs operate as per foreign time zones and not as per student's convenience.

5. LIABILITY TERMS

  • The company is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete profile, wrong documents, delays by student, or lack of funds.
  • Visa outcomes depend solely on embassy decisions.
  • Students are responsible for approving all final documents.

6. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds cannot be issued once writing work (SOP/LOR/Essays/Resume) has begun for a particular university.
  • No refund for delays caused by the student.
  • Completed stages in part-payment plans are non-refundable.
  • Discontinuation after documentation for a particular university begins voids refund eligibility.
  • Full refund requests can only be made if no work has been started at all.
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed after 7 working days from the date the refund request is made.
  • A flat 10% of the total payment made will be deducted as operational cost, irrespective of the amount paid.
