Candidates who have successfully completed the HTMi Diploma and Higher Diploma in Culinary Arts with a minimum of 60% will be eligible for entry into the final year of the BSc (Hons) Degree, or may qualify with 2–3 years of culinary kitchen experience. Prior work experience of 1 year is required and may include work placements or internships.
