1. Services
Dream Ladder provides:
- An AI-assisted study-abroad assessment (OutcomePath) and report.
- Personalised university shortlists and counselling sessions.
- Application support, document review, and visa-process guidance.
We are an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with any government immigration authority. Outcomes — including admissions and visa decisions — are made by universities and immigration officers, not by us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if a parent registers on a minor's behalf, and provide accurate information. You agree not to misrepresent your academic credentials or test scores.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Payment and pricing
- Plan prices are listed in Indian Rupees on the assessment and pricing pages and include GST where applicable.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
- You authorise us to charge the fee shown at checkout for the plan you select.
- Promotional codes are valid only as described in their terms and may be revoked for misuse.
5. Refund and cancellation
Our refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy. That document forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false academic records, fabricated test scores, or another person's information without consent.
- Use the service to harass our staff, counsellors, or other users.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, scrape large parts of the site, or interfere with normal operation.
- Resell our reports or counselling sessions to third parties.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate this clause without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on dreamladderconsultancy.com — text, graphics, OutcomePath methodology, report templates — is owned by Dream Ladder or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your report for your own application purposes. You may not republish or commercially exploit our content.
8. Third-party services
We integrate with third-party services (universities, payment processors, email providers, AI providers). Their terms apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for outages or content originating from these third parties.
9. Disclaimers
- OutcomePath assessments and shortlists are recommendations based on the information you provide; they are not guarantees of admission, scholarship, or visa.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep university and visa information current, but rules change frequently — verify with official sources before making decisions.
- Counselling sessions are advisory; final decisions about applications and visas are yours.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Dream Ladder's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost admissions, deferred intake, visa rejection, or relocation costs.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, do not pay, or use the service unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, and we will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before any litigation.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
