- Payment information — handled by Razorpay; we do not store card details on our servers.
- Communication records — emails, messages, counselling notes, and consent timestamps.
- Usage data — pages visited, device, browser type, IP address, and aggregated analytics.
2. How we use your information
- Generate your OutcomePath assessment report and university shortlist.
- Schedule and conduct counselling sessions.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Send you transactional emails (booking confirmations, document reminders, reports).
- Send service updates and marketing messages — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve the quality of our recommendations and prevent fraud.
3. Sharing your information
We share information only with parties that help us deliver the service:
- Counsellors and partner universities — only what is needed to evaluate your application or shortlist (with your consent).
- Service providers — Razorpay (payments), email/SMS delivery providers, cloud hosting, and analytics — under written contracts that restrict use of your data.
