Bachelor's degree with minimum 55% or higher in any discipline (level 8) from a recognised university. In certain cases, candidates without a primary degree may be considered if they have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a management role. Or 3 years of bachelor's degree + 1 year of internship or project can also be accepted.
