Grade 12 with minimum 50% from a recognised institution. Specific subjects requirements : Grade 12 English, Grade 10 Math (Grade 12 Math recommended) and One of Grade 11 or Grade 12 Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Science excluding Environmental Science and Earth and Space Science). Other Requirements: Criminal Background Check. Completion of the Immunization - Communicable Disease Form is mandatory for applicant's clinical/practical placement.
