Entry requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Housing, Building, Planning, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or related field with minimum 60%, or 55–59% with at least 1 year of relevant research/work experience or strong academic performance in major subjects/final year project, or 50–54% (Honours) with minimum 5 years of relevant research/work experience and academic publication; preference given to candidates with relevant work experience.
