Master in Professional Accounting (MPAcc)
Entry requirements
A four-year undergraduate degree with minimum 75% or higher in the last two years of study from a recognised university. This program is accredited by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario). Applicants must therefore meet additional CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) admission requirements in order to be admitted to the program: Completion of the required core CPA Preparatory Courses (https://www.cpacanada.ca/en/become-a-cpa/cpa-prep-becoming-acpa/) with a grade greater or equal to 60% in each. Minimum 70% average in the CPA Core Prerequisite Courses (as outlined at https://www.cpaontario.ca/become-a-cpa/whycpa/ prerequisites). All applicants will also need to demonstrate that they have completed the required CPA Preparatory Courses by submitting a CPA assessment. Instructions for transcript assessment can be found on the CPA website. Note : The MPAcc program is designed for students pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) designation and a master's degree concurrently.
