Entry requirements
A BSc honours degree with courses in food science, nutrition, public health or other related fields with minimum 75% or higher. Applicants with a Bachelor of Technology, Engineering in food science or a degree in veterinary medicine may also be accepted. Application to the M.Sc. FSQA requires a supplemental document. This document should include a statement of interest in the program with any resume or CV details applicant wish to include.
