Entry requirements
Students must have completed Health Science First Year in University of Otago with minimum 70% or higher. Strongly recommend students to take chemistry, physics, and biology in their HSFY. Places will be available in Pharmacy on a direct-entry basis for students who have completed a recognized pre-university programme or who are completing the University of Otago Foundation Studies Certificate. High-achieving students in this category are directly accepted into the Pharmacy programme at Year 1 (HSFY) and may progress directly to the second year as long as they pass all of the HSFY papers.
