Master of Arts in Education - Counselling Psychology (Thesis-based)
Entry requirements
An honours bachelor degree in Education, Psychology, or equivalent with an overall average of 70% (B) from a recognised institution. All candidates must have a minimum of 5 relevant courses (15 credits) in social sciences. Three courses must be advanced psychology courses (i.e. 2nd year or higher). One of the psychology courses must be in personality theories. SUPERVISOR REQUIRED. Required documents : Two strong letters of reference from professors or professionals in the field. It is highly recommended that applicant contact their referee prior to submitting the application to confirm their email address and their availability to complete applicant's letter of recommendation. A Letter of intent, Approval of thesis/MRP supervisor form and an updated Resume.
