The application deadlines are divided into multiple phases with varying discounts for Fast Track and Advanced Track applicants. The first phase, Early Bird 1, has a deadline of November 30 and offers a discount of EUR 3,150 for the Fast Track and EUR 4,500 for the Advanced Track, with missing documents allowed to be submitted until January 31. This is followed by Early Bird 2, with a deadline of January 31, offering a discount of EUR 2,100 for the Fast Track and EUR 3,000 for the Advanced Track, and missing documents can be submitted until March 31. The third phase, Early Bird 3, has a deadline of March 31 and provides a discount of EUR 1,050 for the Fast Track and EUR 1,500 for the Advanced Track, with missing documents submission allowed until June 30. The final deadline for international (non-EU) applicants is May 31, while EU applicants and non-EU applicants who do not require a visa for Germany must apply by June 30, with missing documents permitted to be submitted until August 15. In order to receive the early bird discount, you must have submitted your application by the above deadlines, as well as submit all missing documents and tests (including GMAT/GRE or HHL Entry Test) and successfully pass the HHL admissions interview until January 31 (Early Bird 1), March 31 (Early Bird 2) or June 30 (Early Bird 3).
